When I founded SnapIT Solutions in 2015, I had a vision to create a platform that would not only bridge the widening skills gap in the tech industry but also empower individuals from all backgrounds to achieve their dreams of a fulfilling career in technology. At the heart of SPRNT® Lab is our patent-pending SPRNT® talent transformation framework, which addresses the challenges of providing clear pathways between training and employment. By integrating comprehensive training programs, dedicated mentoring, and on-the-job experiences, we have created a “tech-workforce development in-a-box” solution that enables individuals to launch successful careers in the tech industry.
